Discovery Coast Community Health Service (DCCHS) provides a range of primary health care services to identified small rural and remote communities in the Discovery Coast. DCCHS aims to provide efficient and effective primary health care that promotes physical and mental well-being by optimising the health status with individual's own environment and to improve the overall health of the community by health promotion and education.
